You must be at least eighteen years of age to create an account or purchase courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Permitted use of materials
All course videos, written guides, templates, and studio resources remain the intellectual property of LumaStep Atelier. You may access them solely for personal, non-commercial learning. Copying, redistributing, reselling, or presenting the materials as your own curriculum is strictly prohibited.
Purchases and refunds
All prices are listed in United States dollars. A purchase is confirmed only after payment clears. Digital course access is delivered immediately upon successful payment. Refunds are considered only within fourteen days of purchase and only if the course has not been substantially accessed.
Responsible conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability and limitations
Courses are educational in nature and do not guarantee commercial results. LumaStep Atelier provides the service with reasonable care but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the materials.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
